• →Provide day-to-day leadership and support to hospital team members
• →Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture
• →Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth hospital operations and alignment on hospital goals and priorities
• →Build and maintain a strong, collaborative working relationship with the Chief of Staff and medical team to support clinical excellence and team success
• →Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• →Support employee engagement, team development, and retention initiatives
• →Support inventory management, hospital operations, and administrative processes
• →Help identify opportunities to improve hospital workflows, efficiency, and the overall client and team experience
• →Help create an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for clients, patients, and team members

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• A team-oriented professional who is passionate about veterinary medicine and supporting veterinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build relationships, motivate team members, and lead by example
• Experience in customer service, operations, healthcare, hospitality, veterinary medicine, or team leadership roles is a plus
• A positive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to balance people leadership and day-to-day hospital operations
• Someone who is committed to helping team members grow, learn, and succeed in their roles
