• A genuine love for animals — and for the people who care for them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred, but not required).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a busy, multitasking environment.
• Comfort with computers, phones, and scheduling software.
• The ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and assist with weighing pets.
• A willingness to work one weekend day and contribute to a team that supports each other through every busy day.

• →Be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital — greeting clients in person, on the phone, and via text.
• →Manage multiple phone lines and client communications efficiently and with empathy.
• →Schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate client and patient records using our practice management software.
• →Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent client experiences.
• →Provide clear and compassionate client education about our services, preventive care, and follow-up recommendations.
• →Handle retail transactions, assist with pet weight checks, and ensure the front desk and lobby stay welcoming and organized.
