Our company is looking for a Nurse Manager for our Ambulatory Surgery Centers. To support our managed practices to provide excellent vision care to patients, treating the whole person with genuine empathy and kindness. We support skilled eye care practitioners in implementing the latest operational and surgical advancements and techniques. Our priority is to enable providers to do what they do best: improve each patient’s life through supportive vision care.

- →Serves as a role model in leadership abilities, applications of principles of teaching, management, and effective communication.

Requirements

~1 min read- →Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- →Possess a valid Registered Nurse license
- →Demonstrates clinical expertise in pre- and post-op ambulatory surgical nursing
- →Equivalent of two (2) years clinical expertise in OR, Critical Care, or ambulatory care nursing.
- →One (1) year of supervisory level experience.
- →Current BLS/ACLS certification.
- →Participation in continuing education
- →Participation in professional nursing societies related to ambulatory care
- →Certification in the field of OR Nursing desired.
$95,000.00-$120,000.00
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as, but not limited to full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, annual educational reimbursement, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
