~1 min readThe Team.Shop Specialist role prepares and verifies all required order data to ensure accurate, efficient release into production by confirming completeness to minimize overall processing time. Any exceptions will be handled prior to releasing the orders to production in a timely manner.

~1 min readTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
- →Download and review purchase information from Pop-Up custom shops on the Team.Shop platform.
- →Compare unit values with OTS (Filemaker) data and import visuals to ensure accuracy.
- →Create Production Packets for Team.Shop and Dealer orders, including Pack by Player Placards, garment labels, box labels, and job cards, and sort them by ship date.
- →Update Team.Shops in OTS (Filemaker) and ensure accuracy against the Team.Shop site.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Team.Shop stores across multiple locations.
- →Respond to email requests for updates, accuracy inspections, and reprints.
- →Notify Sparta and relevant off-site partners of any changes made to a shop.
- →Create box labels in SAP.
- →Print physical and pertinent labels, cards, and stickers for production use.
- →Organize and distribute quantity and staging place cards to support efficient production.
- →Monitor Team.Shop store closures and ensure readiness for processing.
- →Process closed stores by verifying data, cleaning anomalies, generating labels via Filemaker, and distributing store information for production. Maintain an archive of stores for quick reference.
- →Deliver printed packets to the production floor as needed.

The starting pay for this role is $20/hour at the time of this posting.
