Essential Duties & Responsibilities of theCertified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA): Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
Job Requirements ofCertified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA): Current COTA(Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)License Current CPR At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

What We Offer

Responsibilities

~1 min read- → Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- →Communicate with patience, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team.
- → Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements.
- → Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional association.
- → Provide timely written documentation as required.
- → Support and participate in department operations and development.
- → Report any changes in patient status or needs to supervising therapist on a timely basis.
- → Prepare and submit patient charges accurately to access appropriate billing information.
- → Coordinate treatment goals with other team members.
