About the Role

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Contracts Specialist – Franchise to support the administration and ongoing management of franchise agreements for our Dream Vacations and CruiseOne brands. In this role, you’ll help ensure franchise contracts are accurate, compliant, and properly maintained throughout their lifecycle while working closely with Legal, Franchise Operations, and other internal teams.

  • Administer the full lifecycle of franchise contracts, including drafting, reviewing, preparing, and distributing new agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process and maintain Assignments and Assumptions, legal name changes, and related legal documentation.
  • Draft and issue non-compliance and termination letters.
  • Track Franchise Disclosure Document reports.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports, legal documentation, and other tasks or projects as necessary.

  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal documentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in franchising or paralegal work is a plus.
  • Standard business hours
  • Minimal to no travel required
