World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Senior Assistant.
The Senior Assistant is based out of our Washington, DC office and is responsible for a variety of standard and frequently complex administrative duties for the Blue Foods as well as Oceans Markets and Finance teams. The Senior Assistant also supports accounting tasks and special projects to ensure the smooth functioning of department or program using administrative skills, organizational skills, and a detailed knowledge of the organization and its programs and policies. Communicates on a daily basis with the department staff who work hybrid and remote schedules, staff from other departments, as well as external partners, such as donors and government agencies, to coordinate activities, and obtain and disseminate information

Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of administrative support experience; a bachelor’s degree will be considered in lieu of some experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience creating documents, reports, and trackers; familiarity with databases a plus.
- Experience with calendar management and coordinating travel arrangements.Experience with credit card reconciliation and basic expense tracking.
- Exposure to project tracking and management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline
- Clear written communication and professional interpersonal skills.
