Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
Hands‑on expertise in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC
Experience with VSM, TIMWOODS, Kaizen, PQCDSM
Proficiency in MS Office, statistical tools, SPC software, Oracle
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commitment to integrity, discipline, and continuous improvement

7–10 years of hands‑on experience implementing CI initiatives at plant level
Proven experience driving shop‑floor cultural change
Background in Pharma, Nutraceutical, Food, or FMCG manufacturing
