Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Gather data to update and supply monthly data required for regional Demand ValueAdded Forecasting process including:
  • Lead the Demand Planning Cycle by reviewing and pressure testing value addedDemand forecast with regional leaders and attend their confirmation
  • Consolidate and input value added forecast into M2M
  • Prepare presentation  for the Demand review addressing all gaps to previousforecasts 
  • Attain approval of demand and gap closing plan
  • Review approved demand plan and recommended actions with the Materials Manager // Planners.
  • Regular communication with Customer Service, Sales Department, Customers,Planning, Materials to ensure plans and information are accurate.
  • Gather historical data and prepare the documents required to support reporting.
  • Ensure forecasted volume is shared and acknowledged by all appropriatestakeholders (consensus forecast).
  • Manages the monthly Demand Planning work to ensure that the process is executed as per the defined cycle
  • Monitors Sales execution vs. established forecast/budgets
  • Monitors Forecast accuracy
  • Workwith product management to ensure that new product launches are includedand measured against the demand plan
  • Drivea culture of best practice sharing and continuous improvement
  • Be an integral part of a talent advantaged company consistently winning throughour people
  • Provide support for organizational transformation and change
