In this role, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the company's social responsibility activities.

Responsibilities

→Plans, promotes, and executes the social responsibility initiatives offered or developed by the company.

→Emotional or Psychological Support and Referral of Cases in LYRA.

→Understands and applies the NOM-035-STPS regulations.

→Conducts benefit campaigns for employees.

→Organizes recreational and cultural activities.

→Plans motivational programs.

→Participation in VIBE's iniciatives.

→Supports Human Resources department activities.

→Performs other assignments as needed.
