  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST
  • Format: On-site classroom facilitation
  • Location: Various training hubs across Connecticut (including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Haven, and Waterbury)

  • Innovate in the Classroom: Blend creative instructional strategies with modern technology to deliver an unforgettable learning experience.
  • Drive Cohort Success: Champion your student cohorts from day one to graduation, ensuring high-quality engagement and timely completion.
  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as a trusted liaison and advocate between participants and program funding partners, providing seamless support.
  • Guide & Mentor: Proactively monitor student progress, offering timely, constructive coaching to ensure no one gets left behind.
  • Own the Details: Maintain precise, accurate records of attendance and progress while upholding program policies with excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of proven experience in Career Services or Career Coaching.
    • 2+ years of engaging teaching experience (in-person or virtual).
  • Credentials: Must possess, be actively pursuing, or be willing to obtain a recognized Career Coaching Certification from an accredited certifying body.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for modern job hunting and high comfort facilitating via Zoom.
  • Power Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, matched with rock-solid organization and time-management abilities.

Salary: $200 - 250  per day, depending on experience
