IT Director

IT Director is required by a growing international organisation to lead the evolution of the company’s technology landscape, drive infrastructure modernisation, operational resilience, and enterprise transformation initiatives across the global operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Shaping a new operating model and embedding scalable, future-ready IT capabilities across the business.
• Leading the delivery of a multi-year IT transformation.
• Driving infrastructure modernisation and improving operational resilience across the organisation.
• Leading the adoption of cybersecurity standards and strengthening governance and security frameworks.
• Developing scalable IT operating models, processes, and service playbooks.
• Partnering with stakeholders across all business functions to drive end-to-end process improvement.
• Building, mentoring, and leading an international IT team through growth and transformation.
• Managing senior stakeholders effectively, bringing strong leadership gravitas and communication skills.

Required Experience

• Extensive senior-level IT leadership experience, driving strategy and execution as Head of IT, IT Director, or equivalent.
• Strong background in infrastructure, enterprise technology, and transformation delivery.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA enabled business transformation.
• Strong understanding of compliance-driven environments and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex change across international and cross-functional environments.
• Long-term mindset with a stable career history and commitment to transformation journeys.
