Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE) Techno-Functional expertise.
Experience in development and configuration (customizations, workflows, plugins, business rules, Power Automate, etc.). The consultant handles all development/configuration activities.
Strong functional consulting background with the ability to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support business users.
Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics CRM upgrades/migrations across multiple countries.
Experience working with deployments in European countries
Other European countries that have undergone Dynamics CRM upgrades.
Ability to manage and resolve application support backlog.
Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with Oracle CPQ.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and post-upgrade support experience.
