SAP Enterprise Systems Director

SAP Enterprise Systems Director is required by a global manufacturing company to lead the strategic management and delivery of enterprise applications and platforms that support global corporate functions.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the global roadmap for SAP and other corporate systems, data analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Overseeing the full life-cycle of SAP enterprise applications, Data Services, and other corporate platforms.
• Driving adoption of advanced analytics and AI to optimize processes and decision-making across the organisation.
• Establishing governance frameworks for application lifecycle and data management.
• Leading large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Managing vendor relationships and IT budgets for corporate systems and data initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization using SAP, AI, and analytics.
• Leading and developing a global team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth.

Experience and Skills Required

• Extensive IT leadership experience, including global enterprise systems management.
• SAP deployments experience (implementation, integration, life-cycle management).
• Strong knowledge of corporate business processes across enterprise functions
• Experience with BI, AI/ML platforms, and modern data architectures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and outsourced providers.
• Technical expertise in SAP, Microsoft technologies and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
