Kent Hospital, a 360 bed teaching hospital, part of Care New England, a top non-profit health system in RI and southeastern MA, is seeking a Geriatrician to join our dynamic Geriatrics and Palliative Care Team.
Who Are You:
- BC Internal or Family Medicine
- BE/BC in Geriatrics (dual certification in Palliative Care preferred)
- Passionate about teamwork, teaching and high quality patient centered care
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead interdisciplinary rounds on our ACE Unit using the Age-Friendly 4 Ms model of care
- →Provide hospital wide consults for common geriatric syndromes to help the primary team manage patients
- →Optional outpatient clinic for older adults located adjacent to Kent Hospital
- →Collaborate on system wide Age Friendly initiatives
