Home Health Aide

CareOne Senior Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care for clients in Royal Oak, Michigan. If you enjoy helping others maintain their independence while building meaningful relationships, we'd love to have you join our team.

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes. Your goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

  Provide companionship and emotional support

• →

  Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• →

  Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition

• →

  Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• →

  Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers

• →

  Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan

• →

  Accompany clients to appointments or errands when assigned

• →

  Observe changes in client condition and report concerns to the office

• →

  Complete required visit documentation

We offer a variety of schedules to fit your availability, including:

• Full-time

• Part-time

• Morning shifts

• Afternoon and evening shifts

• Overnight shifts

• Weekend opportunities

• Live-in assignments

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance and vehicle registration

• Ability to safely perform caregiver responsibilities

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one before client placement
