We are looking for a proactive and motivated Freight Forwarder to join our team. If you bring energy, attention to detail, and a passion for logistics, this is the place where your contribution truly matters.

In this role, you´ll take ownership of import and export shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional service at every stage. Take ownership of FCL and LCL ocean import and export shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination with overseas offices, timely documentation, accurate costing, and proactive customer communication.

Build strong relationships with customers by communicating proactively, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering practical, customer-focused solutions.

Monitor and manage shipment progress, providing regular updates on ETDs and maintaining accurate records across internal systems.

Collaborate with agents, shipping lines, customs authorities, and other logistics partners to ensure efficient operations and high service performance.

Prepare, issue, and control transport documentation while managing electronic shipment data through internal systems and tracking tools.

Ensure accurate and timely billing by preparing final invoices, validating costs against agreements and shipment documentation, and submitting supplier invoices promptly to support correct accruals and avoid overdue accounts.

Practical experience in ocean freight or logistics, with a solid understanding of import/export operations.

Confidence working with Microsoft Office and Logistics systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly and confidently.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude and a drive to continuously improve how things are done.
