Caring Senior Service is looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused Operations Manager to help keep our home care services running smoothly.

You’ll support caregivers, coordinate schedules, assist clients and families, and help ensure seniors receive dependable, compassionate care.

• →Coordinate caregiver schedules and daily operations
• →Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent needs
• →Recruit, interview, onboard, and support caregivers
• →Help resolve client and family concerns
• →Support caregiver engagement and team morale
• →Assist with training, compliance, and service quality
• →Work closely with office leadership to improve operations

• 5+ years of leadership, operations, scheduling, staffing, or management experience
• Healthcare or home care experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
