Caring Senior Service

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver who enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in need of care? We are looking for dedicated Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team and provide quality, compassionate support to our clients throughout Hartford County.

• → Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance.
• → Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed.
• → Provide companionship and emotional support.
• → Assist with light housekeeping and other household tasks.
• → Support clients with their daily routines while promoting independence and dignity.
• → Communicate professionally with clients, families, and members of the care team.
• → Follow care plans and report changes in a client's condition when appropriate.
• → Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Previous home care or senior care experience.
• Experience caring for clients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
• Experience using a Hoyer Lift and gait belt is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and dependable.
• Compassionate and professional.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide respectful, patient-centered care.
• Commitment to maintaining client privacy, dignity, and safety.

• Overnight shifts

• Live-In / 24-hour care
