Caring Senior Service

We are hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for part-time, PRN, days, nights, overnights, and weekend shifts. This role is designed for seasoned professionals who are confident in providing high-quality, one-on-one care in a home setting.

As a Senior Caregiver on our team, you’ll have the autonomy to make informed decisions while knowing support is always available. As a Senior Caregiver, you’ll provide high-quality, client-centered care by:

• Delivering attentive companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Supporting complex care needs with confidence and professionalism
• Monitoring client condition and recognizing changes
• Maintaining a safe, structured, and respectful environment
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong understanding of senior care and in-home caregiving best practices
• Compassionate, dependable, and highly professional
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
