Caring Senior Service

Caring Senior Service of Jupiter is preparing to bring our award-winning in-home care services to the community, and we're looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Care Manager to join our founding team.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a new home care agency from the ground up. Initially, the position will be part-time and focused on supporting the agency's start-up, caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational readiness. As our client base grows, this position is expected to transition into a full-time leadership role.

• →Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers.
• →Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and ongoing support.
• →Help establish staffing processes and operational procedures.
• →Coordinate caregiver schedules as client services begin.
• →Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, and compatibility.
• →Support new client onboarding and assist with care coordination.
• →Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• →Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance visits as appropriate.
• →Work closely with the owner and clinical team to help establish a successful office.
• →Participate in on-call responsibilities as the agency grows.

• Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred.
• Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.
