Caring Senior Service is dedicated to providing compassionate, non-medical home care services that help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused, and dependable Care Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring clients receive exceptional care by coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining strong communication with clients and caregivers, and supporting daily office operations.

• →Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure client needs are met
• →Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and client preferences
• →Respond to client and caregiver inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• →Monitor schedule changes and provide staffing solutions when coverage issues arise
• →Assist with caregiver onboarding and orientation processes
• →Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
• →Communicate regularly with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure satisfaction
• →Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
• →Help maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

• Previous scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare, home care, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable attitude
• Experience working with seniors or caregivers is a plus
