Caring Senior Service

Caring Senior Service of Jupiter is preparing to bring our award-winning in-home care services to the community, and we're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team during our pre-opening phase.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of our agency from the very beginning. Initially, the position will be part-time and as needed while we complete licensing and prepare to begin serving clients. As our client base grows, the role is expected to transition into a regular part-time position with the opportunity for full-time employment.

• →Assist with clinical oversight during the agency's start-up and licensing process.
• →Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments.
• →Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
• →Complete caregiver competency evaluations and supervisory visits.
• →Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• →Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, clients, and family members to coordinate quality care.
• →Help maintain compliance with Florida regulations and Caring Senior Service policies.

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Home health, home care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
