Caring Senior Service of Fort Worth is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Care Manager to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about senior care, caregiver support, and delivering exceptional service to clients and their families. As a Care Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating care, supporting caregivers, and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.

~1 min read- →Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers.
- →Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and ongoing support.
- →Coordinate caregiver schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- →Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, and compatibility.
- →Support new client onboarding and assist with care coordination.
- →Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
- →Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits as appropriate.
- →Assist with maintaining accurate client and caregiver documentation.
- →Work closely with the office leadership team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- →Participate in on-call responsibilities, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience required.
- Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass all required background screenings.
- Ability to travel throughout the Fort Worth area for client and caregiver visits.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
- Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend on-call responsibilities.
