As a Caregiver on our team, you’ll have the time and structure to truly connect with your client while delivering high-quality care. We are committed to supporting you so you can confidently navigate the complexities of Alzheimer’s and dementia care.

As a Caregiver, you will provide specialized support to seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia by:

• Offering calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Creating a safe and structured environment
• Responding to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding
• Supporting routines that promote comfort, familiarity, and dignity
• Communicating effectively with families and care teams

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA, preferably with memory care clients
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong understanding of Alzheimer’s and dementia care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware approach
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
