As a Caregiver, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the challenges and rewards of memory care and values the important work you do every day.

Memory care is not the same as general caregiving—and neither is our approach. We prioritize consistency, thoughtful client matching, and strong communication so you can build trust and provide meaningful support.

As a Caregiver, you will:

• Provide calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Create a safe and structured environment
• Respond to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding
• Support routines that promote comfort, familiarity, and dignity
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA (memory care experience preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware approach
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
