Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain staffing schedules to meet patient care requirements.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers.
  • Coordinate caregiver onboarding and training.
  • Manage caregiver performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Utilize scheduling software and other relevant technology.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare and staffing or scheduling strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency and comfort in using computer applications like Microsoft Office, including scheduling software
  • Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions.


Additional Qualifications (Not required)

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license a plus.
  • Bilingualism preferred.
