What You'll Do
Every project is different, but your responsibilities may include:
Downsizing & Organizing
• Sort, organize, and inventory household belongings
• Help clients decide what to keep, donate, sell, recycle, or discard
• Pack belongings carefully for relocation
• Label boxes and maintain organized inventories

Relocation Services
• Pack and unpack household goods
• Prepare homes for moving
• Set up clients in their new homes
• Handle every belonging with exceptional care and respect

Online Auctions & Estate Sales
• Organize and prepare items for online auctions
• Photograph merchandise using the CTBids mobile app
• Research and write item descriptions
• Assist with estate sale setup and merchandising
• Provide excellent customer service during estate sales
• Support organized buyer pickup events

Home Clean-Out Services
• Remove unwanted items
• Organize donations and recycling
• Prepare homes for listing or their next owners
• Leave every property clean, organized, and move-in ready

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
• Compassionate and respectful toward seniors and their families
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Positive with a strong work ethic
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
• Adaptable and able to work in changing environments
• Team-oriented while also able to work independently
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service

Previous experience with moving, organizing, customer service, estate sales, antiques, resale, senior care, or home services is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training and ongoing support for the right candidates.
Physical Requirements
This is an active position. Team members should be able to:
• Lift and carry 30–40 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs throughout the workday
• Safely move furniture and household items with team assistance
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when necessary

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout Huntersville, Kannapolis, Concord, Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, and the North Charlotte area
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Smartphone required for communication and use of company applications
• Occasional Saturday availability is required for estate sales and buyer pickup events
