Carrot Fertility Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing subscription billing operations, maintaining customer account accuracy, and supporting collections efforts to optimize cash flow. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will oversee the end-to-end billing lifecycle — including reviewing contracts to ensure alignment with billing records, updating customer information, generating invoices, and responding to billing-related inquiries from both customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires someone who is organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are continuously improving. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited to help build scalable AR processes as the company grows.
Carrot’s Accounting team is a strong, dedicated group with a focus on continuous improvement. We are looking for a candidate to expand the Accounts Receivable function and support Carrot’s growth.

The starting base salary for this position will range from $60,000- $75,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
