The candidate for this role is the architect of Carter Machinery’s digital reliability. The Director manages the transition from legacy on-premises systems to a high-performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environment. The individual oversees hosted and cloud infrastructure, service desk excellence, and field connectivity, ensuring our technicians have the "always-on" tools required to maintain world-class machine uptime.
