Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Our founding team met as PhDs at the Stanford AI Lab, where we invented State Space Models or SSMs, a new primitive for training efficient, large-scale foundation models. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Cartesia, scheduling is your core craft and you'll be the friendly face candidates meet along the way. As we scale, you’ll also gain hands on exposure to recruiting operations, process building, and improving the systems that keep our hiring team moving smoothly.

Cartesia is building the models and infrastructure powering real-time voice AI, and you'll help shape the team that gets us there.
