  • Own and prioritize the Production Orchestration story-level backlog, translating business needs, operational requirements, technical requirements, and defined features into clear, testable work aligned to value and delivery outcomes.
  • Serve as the domain’s day-to-day decision maker for scope, backlog readiness, and acceptance, keeping delivery focused and moving.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end post-acceptance production workflow, including integrations, operational handoffs, vendor-supported processes, and delivery-readiness requirements.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints across systems, teams, and vendors, and uphold clear standards for readiness and quality before release.
  • Execute defined pilots and controlled rollouts within the domain, validating readiness and analyzing results to assess value, performance, and operational fit.
  • Translate pilot learnings, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback into backlog priorities, release decisions, and scalable operating practices.
  • Maintain concise, durable documentation and release artifacts that support delivery, adoption, transparency, and operational handoff.
  • Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs clearly, and represent the Production Orchestration domain effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

 

This role is based in our Columbus, OH office.  A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $100,000-$115,000 per year. ACS employees work a hybrid schedule, consisting of working onsite two days per work week, as decided by functional area. The balance of the week is open to working remotely, though employees are always welcome onsite each day if they choose.

Additional benefits may apply based on skills, experience, and location.
