About the Role

We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated Outpatient Services team. In this key leadership role, you’ll support and guide clinicians in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with co-occurring disorders. You’ll supervise, coach, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive compassionate, coordinated, and culturally competent services.

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Two years’ experience working individuals living with co-occurring addiction, mental illness, and/or other trauma-related disorders
  • Three+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting and program management experience
  • Three+ years’ experience in clinical notes review and signing
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of appropriate community resources
  • Experience with homelessness, domestic violence, chronic disease, and incarceration
  • Experience in crisis management and intervention
  • Experience providing individual, family, and group interventions to the target population.
  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Ability to work as both an effective team member and independently
  • Knowledge & Practice of evidence-based practices
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements and training requirements of the position

Work Schedule:

Mon to Fri Av. 8am to 8pm

This is a hybrid position: 3 days remote and 2 days onsite (after 90 days of onboarding).
