Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a bilingual/bicultural behavioral health treatment provider serving Boston and the Merrimack Valley. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to recover from addiction, trauma, mental illness, and other chronic medical conditions; overcome homelessness and discrimination; and achieve health and wellness through comprehensive, integrated care.

We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated Outpatient Services team. In this key leadership role, you’ll support and guide clinicians in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with co-occurring disorders. You’ll supervise, coach, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive compassionate, coordinated, and culturally competent services.

• →Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required
• →Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• →Two years’ experience working individuals living with co-occurring addiction, mental illness, and/or other trauma-related disorders
• →Three+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting and program management experience
• →Three+ years’ experience in clinical notes review and signing
• →Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• →Knowledge of appropriate community resources
• →Experience with homelessness, domestic violence, chronic disease, and incarceration
• →Experience in crisis management and intervention
• →Experience providing individual, family, and group interventions to the target population.
• →Strong verbal/written communication
• →Ability to work as both an effective team member and independently
• →Knowledge & Practice of evidence-based practices
• →Ability to meet the physical requirements and training requirements of the position

Work Schedule:

Mon to Fri Av. 8am to 8pm

This is a hybrid position: 3 days remote and 2 days onsite (after 90 days of onboarding).
