Financial Counselor: Full Time

Cascade Medical, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade foothills of Central Washington, has an opening for an onsite Financial Counselor to join our dynamic Business Office team.

Schedule: Work schedule is anticipated to be Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Perform all tasks necessary to ensure accurate billing of Patients or Guarantors. Evaluates customer ability to pay and supply appropriate solutions in conjunction with the credit policy of Cascade Medical Center. Verify insurance information. This position also follows-up with insurance companies to resolve any problems. Contact guarantors and effectively collect patient balances in a friendly and timely manner.

As a public entity, our wage range is set on a 30-step scale (Base-30 years of experience). Offer letters and wage determination will be written based on years of experience.
