Implementation Manager

Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor-supported surgical procedures. Our emergent Bill Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses, and surface revenue opportunities.

In this role, you will be the face of the company, constantly driving the highest levels of client satisfaction through the successful installation of new and existing client accounts. If you’re hyper-competitive, process-driven, and want to bend over backward to make sure our clients are happy, then this is the role for you. You should love analyzing and optimizing processes, and be passionate about analyzing customer data to drive improvements.

• →Bachelor’s degree – Business or Healthcare or Engineering preferred.
• →3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, or related fields leading implementations.
• →3+ years working in healthcare or supply chain
• →Start-up experienced preferred.
• →PMP or Six Sigma certified preferred.
• →Tech savvy: PM tools (preferably Asana), proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and other relevant tools.
• →Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• →Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver complex integrations with multiple systems.
• →Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• →Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
