• CASETiFY is currently recruiting a Senior PR & Communications Associate to join our global PR & Communications team. This is a key role in driving global PR and media relations strategies for CASETiFY. In this position, you will manage day-to-day media relations, craft compelling narratives, secure high-profile placements, and support broader communications initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and brand elevation of CASETiFY worldwide.
• The position reports directly to the Global PR & Communications Manager and works closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance CASETiFY’s presence in the global media landscape.

• Media & Agency Relations: Drive proactive media outreach (pitching, building journalist relationships, and securing top-tier placements) while managing the day-to-day workflow with international PR agency partners, ensuring local efforts align perfectly with global brand campaigns.
• Regional Leadership & Coordination: Act as the lead point of contact for regional PR teams, clearly communicating campaign changes, key timelines, and distributing campaign materials to ensure global alignment.
• Content Creation: Draft, edit, and distribute compelling press materials, including high-quality press releases, media alerts, bylined articles, and internal talking points.
• Offline PR & Events: Strategize and coordinate global offline PR activations, including media dinners, press trips, and brand attendance at major global trade shows. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to drive integrated campaigns, including collaborating closely with the KOL team on global PR box and gifting communications.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor global media coverage utilizing tools. Lead insightful weekly reporting for key stakeholders and handle ad hoc performance reporting requests.
• Project & Resource Management: Manage critical departmental logistics, including the upkeep of global coverage trackers and PR directories, processing product sample requests and managing industry award applications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of hands-on PR experience, either agency or in-house, ideally with a proven track record navigating the US/Global media landscape and working with top-tier press. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the PR & Communications Associate role).
• Proven track record of securing top-tier media placements and managing successful PR campaigns.
• Strong media relations skills and an established network of industry contacts.
• Event coordination, trade show experience, and strong project management skills are highly valued.
• Familiar with key public relations metrics and general knowledge of using platforms such as Meltwater and Muck Rack.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong team player who is open-minded and eager to continually learn and expand their skill set.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organization abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
