Senior Full Stack Developer & AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer & AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise software, AI-powered applications, automation solutions, business intelligence reporting, and system integrations. This role will lead the development of scalable, secure technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

• →Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Python and modern development frameworks.
• →Build AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, workflow automation, and integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• →Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and executive reporting.
• →Design and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• →Develop automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and cloud technologies.
• →Manage SQL databases, ETL processes, and data architecture.
• →Deploy and support applications in Azure and/or AWS environments.
• →Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.
• →Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
• →Mentor developers and contribute to software architecture and technology strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, APIs, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with AI technologies, automation, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and modern development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of databases, system integrations, and software architecture.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience developing AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or AWS certifications.
• Experience in healthcare, HR, or SaaS environments.

This position requires a highly motivated technology professional who can independently design, build, and deploy innovative software and AI solutions while supporting the organization's long-term technology strategy.

You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection. You’ll also be required to have a backup internet connection, ensuring that you’re well-equipped to complete your work seamlessly.
