US Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a Skilled Nursing Facility. The Recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for non-clinical and facility support roles such as Dietary Aides, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Activities, and other similar positions.

This position is remote, so it offers you the flexibility of working from home.

• →Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• →Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• →Review applications and conduct phone/video screening interviews.
• →Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• →Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• →Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• →Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.
• →Partner with facility leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• →Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience.

• 2+ years of US recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Skilled Nursing, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or similar environments preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting positions such as housekeeping, dietary, laundry, maintenance, and other frontline support roles.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS and job board platforms.
• Ability to work US business hours and support multiple US time zones.

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9 AM to 6 PM EST
