Caregiver (PCA, HHA, CNA) On-Call

Are you a caregiver who likes to work with aging adults and helping them with their daily activities? Hastings Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team.

As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication administration while promoting independence, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a respectful, team-based care environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting aging adults, values teamwork, and treats residents, families, and colleagues with dignity and respect. 

Position Type: On-Call

Wage Range: $19 - $23 /hour depending on experience.

Location: 901 West 16th Street Hastings, MN 55033
Landmarks: Hastings Assisted Living is less than 5 minutes from Hastings Golf Club & Events and Vermillion Falls Park!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Assist with mobility and transportation care.
• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets.
• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.

• Interest and passion for caring for the elderly.
• Preferred, but not required - experience working with aging adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
