As the Assistant Director of Health Services, you'll partner with the Director of Health Services to support clinical operations, oversee resident care, assist with assessments and care planning, and provide guidance to nursing staff. Shift Available:
Days: Monday- Friday
Wage Range: $81,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
Location: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313
Assistant Director of Health Services (ADHS) Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Health Services in overseeing resident health services and nursing operations.
- Complete resident assessments, develop and update service plans, and ensure care needs are met.
- Monitor resident conditions, coordinate care with physicians and other providers, and support smooth care transitions.
- Supervise, mentor, and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
- Assist with medication management, treatments, wound care, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations, policies, and nursing standards.
- Support staff education, training, and competency programs.
- Respond to resident concerns, advocate for resident rights, and promote quality outcomes.
- Foster positive communication and collaboration among residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners.
- Must have a current MN Registered Nurse license and be in good standing.
- Demonstrated clinical and assessment competencies.
- Assisted Living experience preferred.
- Strong team building and communication skills are required, along with excellent professional and supportive supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Assisted Living or Home Care regulations, as well as ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards.
