Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time IT, Application Support Analyst working from our Pittsburgh, PA office location, with a start date of June 1, 2026

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A IT, Application Support Analyst

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Data Science, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic SQL experience and understanding of relational database concepts
• Experience writing Knowledge Bases and End User Guides
• Excellent business communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of databases, IT systems, and IT troubleshooting

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday, full-time position with standard working hours, in office 5 days a week, working from the Phoenix, AZ office location.
