About the Role
~1 min readThe Administrative Support Assistant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and nurturing experience for students, parents, and staff. The Front Office Assistant also plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the school's daily activities. The duties of the position include maintaining student records, handling communication between staff, students, and parents, organising school events, and supporting the leadership team with scheduling and coordination. The Front Office Assistant supports the Front Office Manager to ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support for teachers and other staff. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential, as the role is key in creating a well-organised and efficient school environment.

- Certificate II or III in a related field or experience in an administrative role
- Accreditation in accordance with Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
