About the Role
~1 min readThe Pastoral Coordinator has specific responsibility for the holistic development and support of students within their care that is, in all aspects, consistent with who we say we are as a Catholic school, and which is directed towards continuous improvement. The focus is on collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure academic care, student wellbeing and conduct is nurtured and given guidance so that students of Trinity can achieve their God-given potential. The Pastoral Coordinator shares responsibility for the effective functioning of the College and the maintenance of an environment that is characterised by a sense of genuine care and respect for all in the College community as well as its resources. As a leader in the College, it is an expectation the Pastoral Support Coordinator models appropriate behaviours both in and out of the classroom and that they maintain loyalty and active support of the Executive Leadership Team in carrying out their duties

- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
- Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
