Causaly is redefining how humans acquire knowledge and develop insights in biomedicine. Our AI-powered platform enables researchers and decision-makers to discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials, regulatory documents, and other complex data sources in minutes.
We are building the world’s most advanced biomedical knowledge platform, powered by a high-precision Knowledge Graph and GenAI capabilities. Our technology is already used by leading biopharmaceutical organizations to accelerate drug discovery, improve safety, and drive better decision-making.
Backed by top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our product suite and market presence.
We are looking for a Finance Director to join Causaly as our most senior finance leader, reporting directly into the COO. You will own the full finance function across our offices in the UK, Greece, and the USA — from financial planning and analysis through to statutory reporting, controls, and treasury — and will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team as we grow ARR and prepare for the next stage of the company. You will manage the Head of Financial Control, who handles day-to-day accounting operations.
FP&A is the heart of this role. You will build and maintain the operating model, lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting, and translate financial data into clear commercial insight. This is a hands-on position: you will be in the detail, not just managing it.
