This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons and clinics while assisting the Director of Tennis and Tennis Operations Manager in all aspects of racquets operations. Responsibilities also include managing merchandising, racquet stringing, and customizing.

• →Provide tennis instruction to members and guests.
• →Conduct and teach adult and junior clinics.
• →Accurately take and manage reservations for lessons and clinics.
• →Perform timely and accurate billing for lessons, clinics, team practices, and adult programs.
• →Assist Tennis Reservationists/Attendants with calls, reservations, and member communications.
• →Build positive relationships with members and guests by being courteous, helpful, and professional.
• →Assist members with club policies, rules, regulations, and billing inquiries.
• →Promote racquet programs, lessons, and special events.
• →Follow opening/closing procedures and cash-handling protocols.
• →Support hospitality through management of racquet activities, events, and member services.
• →Maintain awareness of housekeeping, facility repair, and court maintenance needs.
• →Fill in at the reservation desk when needed, ensuring accurate processing of reservations.
• →Perform minor shop, lounge, locker room, and patio maintenance as required.

• Two or more years of teaching experience (required)
• One or more years of padel tennis experience (preferred)
• USTA or USPTA teaching certifications (required)
