Printing Press Operator (2nd Shift)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Press Operators to join our team. The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality products efficiently.  Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued and developed.

Hours: 4:00pm -2:00am Monday thru Thursday and Fridays as needed to meet production requirements.  A 10% shift differential is offered for this role. 

• →Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications
• →Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• →Perform routine maintenance on presses
• →Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed
• →Inspect finished products for defects
• →Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Experience in press operation or similar manufacturing roles preferred 
• Proficiency in programming and operating press machines preferred
• Good mechanical aptitude and skills - troubleshooting skills 
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
• Strong work ethic safety conscious, and team player
• Familiarity with quality control processes

• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Regularly work around moving machinery and heavy equipment 
• Frequently required to push/pull 
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch 
• Regularly use vision abilities including close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
