Ventura Community Partners (partnerwithventura.com) is one of the most scaled, fastest-growing HOA management companies in the United States, with 2,600 team members and approximately 700,000 doors under management.

Since partnering with Charlesbank, a leading private equity group with over $26B of assets under management, Ventura has experienced rapid growth both organically and through thoughtful M&A.

Ventura’s M&A team is dedicated to building relationships with sellers and welcoming them into Ventura through our “Guided Path” – a curated process built to ensure a successful transition to the Ventura family.

HOA management is an exciting industry that was recently profiled in the Wall Street Journal due to its consolidation potential. Ventura has built a strong reputation by partnering with industry leaders with decades of success in their markets.

The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to conduct financial and operational diligence, manage deal execution, and facilitate integration initiatives that drive long-term growth and value creation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on M&A leadership experience.

This individual will support prospect evaluation, financial modeling, valuation and risk analyses, due diligence, and deal structuring. From time to time, this position will also analyze industry prospects and acquisition targets by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities.

Travel will vary but is estimated to be up to once per month including travel to Charlotte, NC (where the M&A group is based) for onboarding, training, and ad-hoc meetings, when necessary.
