Full-time Combined Position

Residential Coordinator/Mental Health Practitioner

 

Options Residential Coordinator—30 hours per week.

The Options Program Residential Coordinator ensures a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for individuals with disabilities in their home setting. The Residential Coordinator oversees daily provision of care to clients, managing team members, an assigned caseload, and provides direct care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering an atmosphere that promotes independence and dignity. Through effective leadership and collaboration, this role promotes program excellence, and the overall well-being of those served.

Mental Health Practitioner—10 hours per week.

The Mental Health Practitioner provides Aftercare services to individuals transitioning from a more-restrictive to a less-restrictive living situation or at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. This position will be responsible for providing general psychiatric rehabilitation and case management services which will enable the recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability.

Must have a valid driver's license, current car insurance, meet insurability standards, pass a background check, and have an internet enabled device. Proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language is required.

What are the hours?

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

  1. Residential Coordinator—30/week, Monday–Friday, between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M.
    Mental Health Practitioner—10/week, Monday–Friday, between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M.
