Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift, Long-Term Contract

$30.00 – $38.00 per hour (hourly, W-2)

● Pay is dependent on experience and credentials

● No travel required

● Final rate confirmed prior to placement

Candidates should be prepared to share their best hourly rate expectation during the screening process.

● Perform DNA collection (buccal swabs)

● Administer and document TB skin testing (Mantoux/TST)

● Maintain accurate electronic documentation

● Follow strict chain-of-custody and infection control protocols

● Work consistently during scheduled weekday hours

● Monday–Friday

● Daytime hours

● No overtime authorized

● Active LPN license (any U.S. state)

● Current CPR certification

● Strong documentation and attention to detail

● Comfortable working in a secure, regulated setting

● Ability to pass a federal background check and credentialing process
