Cefetra Ecosystem Services is part of the Cefetra Group, an established multi-national. Cefetra Ecosystem Services is the link between the industry demand for more sustainable products and the farming practices that help produce these goods. The Cefetra Group consists of various agricultural and food ingredients trading and supply chain management companies, with leading brands within the ingredients business. Collectively we employ over 700 people across 35 offices in 20 countries around the world. We work closely together to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. We develop supply chains with suppliers and create value by sourcing raw materials and supplying those to the international food and feed industry.

The assignment
As Marketing & Media Intern, you will work together with Uwe Schröder to build on the brand visibility and engagement of Cefetra Ecosystem Services. It’s your job to create engaging and compelling posts, stories, and videos to showcase our company's initiatives, projects, and achievements. At the moment we use LinkedIn, You Tube Instagram and email as our main online commination channels. We are also looking at refreshing our website. As a marketing intern, you will be responsible for monitoring social media metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. To create brand visibility and engagement, we organise events, webinars, and other promotional activities. You'll be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends, competitors and opportunities for growth in the regenerative agriculture sector.  As Marketing Intern, you will support in the coordination of these activities.

Job requirements
Most important is that you can be critical and precise, but also pragmatic when needed. To be successful within Cefetra, it is important to have a ‘self-starter’ mentality, be open minded and have a strategic mindset. You can work both independently and with people from all layers within the entire Cefetra Group. In addition, you can identify with the following requirements:

• You’re a student or graduate of a relevant degree programme and have a good understanding of the marketing and design tools.

• You’re passionate about sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and marketing

• You are proficient in English. Another language will be a plus.
